This two day course will introduce students to a variety of knowledge and skills.  \n\nDay 1: Unarmed Combatives: 7/13/2024 @ 10:00AM – 3:00PM | Location: CrosSport Performance\n\nUnarmed Combatives will deep dive into situational awareness\, developing observational skills and mental tools to be aware of the world around you. After the mental workout we will explore some basic martial arts techniques designed to help you break free and get away or create space. This day is ran by Heath Frazier from Chief Fitness.\n\n\nDay 2: Handgun Self-Defense: 7/14/2024 @ 10:00AM – 3:00PM | Location: Wenatchee Rifle and Revolver Club – Turning Target Range\n\nHandgun Self-Defense will review the situational awareness and mental tools from Unarmed Combatives but will quickly dive into an introduction to handguns. Shooting is a skill that is easy to understand but difficult to master\, our aim is to provide you with a solid foundation that you can build your skills from.
